• 1) Close your WIFI on macbook
• 2) Close your bluetooth on macbook
• 3) Open your bluetooth switch again on macbook
• 4) Your bluetooth device should be listed on macbook

Other solutions:

If there is no Bluetooth icon in the menu bar, go to System Preferences > Bluetooth and check Show Bluetooth in menu bar. Now hold Shift+Option and click the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar. In the menu that appears, select Debug - Reset Bluetooth Module. You can now try pairing the device again.
